Welcome to Luminous Beings, the repository of my current writing.

My name is Matthew Neugebauer, a Canadian writer who loves teaching, liturgy, and thinking about Christianity after Christendom. I have a variety of Anglican ministry experiences and am currently studying Professional Writing and Communications at Humber College.

Star Wars and Toronto FC are my second and third religions, and I mean that literally. I attend Fan Expo every year and blog about sci-fi fandom (see below). I’m a contributing writer for Waking the Red, TFC’s SB Nation site, and a member of TFC Supporter’s Group Kings in the North.
